vision insurance. The coverage is effective
the first of the next month from the date of
hire.
ARTI
provides educational and professional
training assistance to a maximum of $3,500
per calendar year.
ARTI's
401(K) plan
allows the employee to contribute on a
pre-tax basis based on the IRS maximum
allowable amount and the additional catch-up
for those over 50. In addition, there is a
discretionary employer match. Open
enrollment is every quarter and the plan has
a four-year vesting schedule.
ARTI offers
Flexible Spending Account for health care
expenses not covered by insurance up to
$1000 and for Dependent Care allowing the
employee to contribute up to $5000 for
tax-free reimbursement for day care
expenses. Both require individual annual
enrollment.
ARTI
pays Life, AD&D, Short and Long-Term
Disability insurance on the behalf of the
active, full-time employee.
ARTI
offers all full-time employees holiday,
personal and miscellaneous leave. ARTI
observes the ten national holidays; full-time employees accrue personal leave at 15
days per year; miscellaneous leave includes
military, jury duty, and bereavement leave.
